Happy New Year

We reopen for New Year on Monday 11th January 2010

We will offer our usual yoga classes, Kundalini, Hatha and Restorative. Our pre and post natal class will be combined on Tuesdays and we are offering a new class to teen girls. Our Monday 6pm Hatha will continue for a couple of weeks and then we will be hosting an 8 week course on Balancing the Chakras.

This 8 week course will help to explain the importance of balancing the chakras for the health of your subtle body, aura, organs & physical health as well as your emotional wellbeing. Starts - Monday 1st February 2010

Kundalini Yoga Workshop ~ Sunday 31st January

Come and give yourself some breathing space. Kundalini yoga is a great way to recharge your body, revitalize your energy and help you stay young. Join us for a very special workshop on Kundalini Yoga, we will explore the fundamental concepts of Kundalini through asana, meditation, mantra, chanting, sound and relaxation.

The Five Tibetans 1/2 day workshop ~ 6 February

The Five Tibetans are five dynamic exercises for Health, Energy and Personal Power.

The practice takes a minimum of daily time and effort but can dramatically increase physical strength and suppleness, as well as mental insight. Even if you are a new comer to yoga you will experience the Five Tibetans’ liberating effect on the energetic power of your body and mind.
