Welcome to the Rarest Gem - Health Yoga and Meditation. Come and enjoy the funky friendly atmosphere that is both a yoga studio and wellness centre with a little art space in the mix. We are located in Kent Town between Adelaide and Norwood.
Upstairs are our treatment rooms where you might choose Shiatsu Therapy, Naturopathy with live blood analysis, Herbal Medicine, Ayurvedic, Remedial or Aromatherapy massage.
There are two yoga studios downstairs, excellent for small classes of up to 15 students. Our classes are kept small so that our yoga teachers can help you on a more individual level. Here you will find a variety of yoga styles on offer including Kundalini Yoga, Hatha yoga, ISHTA Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga and we offer a beginners course in Hatha Yoga starting every 8 weeks or so.
Courses in meditation are held on a regular basis to help you learn to unwind, de-stress and relax..
Humna Mustafa's Henna Craft is available from reception along with yoga books, CDs and DVDs.
We aim to provide ethical healthcare to our clients on an ongoing basis to help them keep healthy in mind, body and spirit.
