About The Rarest Gem

The Rarest Gem is conveniently located in Kent Town just 5 minutes east of Adelaide. Started in 2007 by Balwant Kaur and her partner Mick Edwards, The Rarest Gem specialises in nurturing people in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.

Originally The Rarest Gem was started as a yoga and treatment centre offering many styles of yoga. Over the last few years, The Gem has taken a different direction, as more and more people are becoming attracted to Kundalini Yoga. It will be the only yoga offered at The Rarest Gem. We hope to grow our classes as new teachers are trained, offering more classes and workshops in everything from beginners and regular classes to Conscious Pregnancy and Radiant Child programs.

We also stock yoga mats, Kundalini Yoga books, CDs and DVDs.
