Naturopathy is a practice of natural medicine that treats the whole person as an individual. It aims to find and treat the underlying cause of an imbalance within a person.
Naturopathy uses botanical medicine and relies exclusively on natural remedies such as clean water, clean air, good food, appropriate exercise, sunshine, appropriate rest/relaxation and good thoughts.
Naturopathy is based on the belief that the body can heal itself given the right environment and circumstances. Naturopaths have many remedies and recommendations for creating a healthy environment so that the body can heal itself. It also places an emphasis on a preventative approach to dis-ease and treating the cause(s) of an imbalance and focusing on optimising health.

A lot of guess work is eliminated. It's truly exciting to see your red and white cells moving about the platelets. This method of blood analysis has been used in Europe for about a century. Live blood microscopy does not provide a medical diagnosis but can indicate the need for further clinical testing or referral to an appropriate health care professional. It is ideal for the individual who is proactive and prevention minded.
Botanical Medicine is the oldest form of medicine known to man and refers to the use of plant seeds, berries, roots, leaves, bark, or flowers for medicinal purposes. It has long been practiced outside of allopathic medicine and assures a gentler action in harmony with the body's needs.
The treatment involves giving the patient extremely small doses of an agent, which in larger quantities would produce symptoms of illness in healthy people. A homeopathic remedy is prepared by diluting the substance in a series of steps. Homeopathy asserts that the remedy will retain a memory of the diluted substance.
