Description of Yoga Classes
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga based on the chakras, combines breathing, movement, meditation, stretching, relaxation and sound to work on every aspect of your mind, body and spirit. It leaves you with a great sense that you have nurtured your whole being. This is a yoga that can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter his or her age or physical ability. Suitable for all levels.
45 Minute Yoga
This 45 minute yoga class is designed as a quick lunchtime de-stresser and energizer to get your mind and body back on track for the rest of your day. Suitable for all levels.
Children's Yoga
Yoga is great fun for your child's mind, body and spirit. Children are innately flexible; they love to engage all their senses and explore new things. The Gem offers fun-filled classes where children are encouraged to discover their inner potential in a non-threatening environment and to feel good about themselves, both inside and out.
